Meet Megan
I work with teens & adults, who have struggled with a variety of life transitions, family/relationship issues, parenting concerns, depression, anxiety & stress. I pride myself on creating warm, relaxed, and relatable relationships with my clients. My goal is to help my clients discover & develop the tools they need so that they can navigate and live a life that feels most comfortable for them. I want my clients to thrive in whatever it is that they do. I am here to be your best cheerleader & to hold you accountable for working towards the adjustments you are looking to make.

My approach to therapy is solution focused and evidence based. It is important to have a goal and to be able to identify progress being made- that is how we develop motivation. I like to incorporate & teach skills that are concrete, tangible & practical. I find these types of skills have been most successful for my clients.

There is no one-size-fits-all model of therapy, so I work collaboratively with my clients to identify goals and create attainable treatment plans customized to their needs. I aim to empower my clients to help them rediscover their strength and resiliency.

Testimonials
Megan is a terrific support to me in my journey of navigating my stress and anxiety. I went through something she categorized as traumatic and was functioning in survival mode since that. She has helped me to navigate these challenges and put some systems in place to work through the stressful times of my day and relieve some of my stress. I look forward to our weekly meetings and having someone to talk through my issues with. Megan is caring and real in her interactions and she has genuinely helped me and continues to help me.
Megan has been a very understanding and helpful therapist! She listens intently, and offers tangible and actionable advice. She has a warm presence and is easy to talk to!
